Vedic Horoscope for Louis, Dauphin of France (1682)
French royalty, Duke of Burgundy and later Dauphin of France (from 6 August 1682 until his death on 18 February 1712) as the eldest son of Louis, Dauphin of France. Until he became the official Dauphin of France upon his father's death in 1711, he was known as Le Petit Dauphin to distinguish him from his father, who was known as Le Grand Dauphin. Sy Scholfield quotes from "Notice du Musée imperial de Versailles - Volume 2" by Musée national de Versailles, Eudoxe Soulié (C. de Mourgues Frères, 1860), p. 171: "Le duc de Bourgogne, fils aîné du grand dauphin et petit-fils de Louis XIV, naquit au château de Versailles le jeudi 6 août 1682, à dix heures vingt minutes du soir."
