Vedic Horoscope for Albert I, Prince of Monaco
Monegasque royalty, the Prince of Monaco and Duke of Valentinois from 10 September 1889 until his death on 26 June 1922. He devoted much of his life to the science of oceanography. Alongside his expeditions, Albert I set about making reforms on political, economic and social levels, bestowing a constitution on the Principality in 1911. Sy Scholfield quotes Raymond Damien's "Albert Ier, prince souverain de Monaco" (Institut de Valois, 1964), p. 481, which contains a transcription of the birth certificate: "Aujourd'hui a été présenté Albert, Honoré, Charles, du sexe masculin, né le treize de ce mois à trois heures du matin, rue de l'Université 90, fils de Son Altesse Sérénissime Monseigneur Charles, Honoré Grimaldi, Prince Héréditaire de Monaco, Duc de Valentinois et Grand d' Espagne ..."
