In April 1942 he was struck down the right leg, in July 1969 on the right side of his head, in July 1970 with second degree burns, on 4/16/1972 his hair was set on fire when he was struck inside a building, on 8/16/1976 his shoes were blown off when struck and he felt sure that he died briefly, and on 6/25/1977, when he was struck for the final time, he felt that he died while in the hospital for four days.
