Vedic Horoscope for Rizal, José
Filipino nationalist, writer and revolutionary. He is widely considered the greatest national hero of the Philippines. He was the author of Noli Me Tángere, El Filibusterismo and a number of poems and essays. He was executed on December 30, 1896.Sy Scholfield quotes him in "Jose Rizal: life, works, and writings" by Gregorio F. Zaide (National Book Store, 2003), p. 1: "I was born in Kalamba on the 19th of June 1861 between eleven und twelve o'clock at night, a few days before the full of the moon." Same data in "The First FIlipino" [1974] by Leon Maria Guerrero (Manila: Guerrero, 2010), p. 31: "[At] Kalamba . . . He had been born on the 19th June 1861 'between eleven and twelve o'clock at night, a few days before the full moon.' It was a difficult delivery that endangered his mother's life."
