Vedic Horoscope for Changy, Charles de
French engineer mainly known for his preliminary work on the electric bulb. He worked on a platinum filament incandescent bulb but did not agree to exhibit his research until his patent was filed to protect his invention. Insulted by the academic César Despretz, Changy abandoned his research on the light bulb, and did not resume it until the early 1880s, a few years after Thomas Edison's patent.
