Giuseppe, Sindaco e Ufficiale dello Stato Civile del Comune di Canneto, è comparso Lorenzo Attolico, di anni 36, colono, domiciliato in Canneto, il quale mi ha dichiarato che alle ore 20 pomeridiane undici e minuti quindici del diciassette del corrente mese, nella casa posta in strada Ricchetti, da Carmela Devito Francesco, sua moglie, donna di casa, seco lui convivente, è nato un bambino di sesso mascolino che egli mi presenta a cui dà i nomi di Bernardo Vito Domenico."
