His Birth Certificate is exhibited in the Adenauer-House in Rhoendorf/Germany. The handwriting on it isn't easy to read, it is written in the old German script called 'Sütterlin'. By several researchers the text was read as 03:30, and this is quoted in some Adenauer biographies.
